Support & development

Thanks to our engineering services, flexibility, cross-industry products and know-how, we are able to provide solutions to problems. Together with you, we develop the optimum concept for your plant or product, from pilot system to complex plant with control technology and our in-house monitoring system - IRIS.

Design & construction

Our jointly defined specifications are calculated and form the basis for the design. You can check the result and, if necessary, make any changes before your system is produced in 2 or 3-dimensional format on the computer.

Production of your products

Your products are manufactured by our highly qualified employees in compliance with the latest standards and directives using wide-ranging and modern machinery. Our quality management system (QMS) pursuant to ISO 9001:2015 provides the necessary transparency and ensures the quality of your products. Qualification support

We assist you even after delivery of your system. We accompany you during the start-up of your system, its qualification and integration into the production process. This guarantees seamless operation on site.

Scheduling, maintenance and inspection

Everyone needs a little care and attention. This also applies to our plants and systems, with regular safety technology inspections, maintenance work and tests. In doing so, we help to ensure the longevity of our products.

Optimisation & modification

Times are always changing. We are also here to assist if you wish to upgrade, modify or refine your system.

We offer our customers

  • Overhaul of tanks to comply with the latest standards and modifications based on customer requirements
  • Maintenance and inspection of tanks
  • Refurbishment of damaged or worn tank surfaces to comply with pharmaceutical or food regulations on quality
  • Assistance with periodic inspections of tanks and systems (TÜV periodic inspections after 5 or 10 years)
  • Support and performance of IQ and OQ inspections of tanks and systems.
  • Data collection by IRIS Monitoring as a prerequisite for maintenance optimisation, process optimisation, safety optimisation and logistics management

On April 30, 2021, we will open another site at Allergopharma GmbH & Co. KG in Reinbek to support COVID 19 vaccine production in the presence of Federal Minister Spahn and Minister President Günther. We would have been pleased to invite you to this opening.

Unfortunately, this was not possible due to the pandemic.
We would therefore like to take this opportunity to thank you for your extraordinary commitment to supplying equipment at short notice to support vaccine production. Allergopharma, as part of Dermapharm Holding SE, is now a further partner in the Europe-wide production network for the vaccine of BioNTech and Pfizer. This network now comprises more than a dozen important pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers. From now on, one of four production steps will take place in Reinbek: the vaccine formulation. This is where our mRNA active ingredient is combined with the lipids. A protective shell is created around the mRNA and the vaccine can reach its target in the body to induce the necessary immune response.


Your company has made a very important contribution to the global pandemic response with great know-how and under incredible time pressure.
