Test benches
We manufacture stationary volume measuring equipment in sizes from 20 l to 5,000 l to test output volumes and pump flow performance. Our measurement tanks are subject to factory-side calibration and gauging office inspection (use in Germany). Measurement uncertainty is 0.1 – 0.05 Vol%.
Mobile test stands to determine dispensing quantity
Based on your requirements and wishes, we make mobile test equipment as add-ons for transporters, chassis with van body, trailers and trucks, with individual measurement sizes up to 5,000 l.
Test equipment for liquid gas
Volumetric test equipment to determine the output volume at LPG pumps.
Volume standards
Stainless steel volumetric measuring flasks to calibrate pump output.
Pipettes
For high-precision use by gauging offices or inspection services.
Implementation options for volume measuring elements
We manufacture:
- STANDARD VOLUME as working standard
- PRESSURE STANDARD VOLUME as working standard
- PIPETTES as reference standards
- TEST EQUIPMENT to calibrate pump performance (e.g. dispensers, milk production)
- TEST EQUIPMENT for loading/conveying stations
- STATIONARY TEST BENCHES
Our products stand out due to their durability, ease of maintenance, functionality and precision in measurement. We offer our standard measuring vessels (standard volumes) in sizes from 1l to 5,000 l. The tolerances of our volume measuring equipment ranges from 0.1% to 0.02% depending on customer request.
Our products are manufactured according to the instructions of the German National Metrology Institute (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt Braunschweig, PTB), O.I.M.L. or API.
