Wet processing and acid neutralisation tanks are used to pre-treat and stabilise written works and documents. Our wet processing tanks are equipped with a circulation pump, double wall and electric heating elements. The restorer is available for various types of media supplies (demineralised water, cold water, enriched water). The tanks are individually produced and can be assembled in modular format from 2 to 5 tanks. Each tank is equipped with a steam-tight cover.

Assembly and features of the wet processing cassettes

The cassettes are made of stainless steel and are resistant to chemicals. The perforation has been optimised to guarantee a maximum cassette flow. The side cover can be unfolded to easily charge the cassette and is hinged. The top side, which is exposed, is where the intake for the lifting and transport system is situated. Unfortunately, this was not possible due to the pandemic.
We would therefore like to take this opportunity to thank you for your extraordinary commitment to supplying equipment at short notice to support vaccine production. Allergopharma, as part of Dermapharm Holding SE, is now a further partner in the Europe-wide production network for the vaccine of BioNTech and Pfizer. This network now comprises more than a dozen important pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers. From now on, one of four production steps will take place in Reinbek: the vaccine formulation. This is where our mRNA active ingredient is combined with the lipids. A protective shell is created around the mRNA and the vaccine can reach its target in the body to induce the necessary immune response.
