Our range
Edelstahlbau Tannroda GmbH (EST) offers construction, service, and IoT implementation for pharmaceutical containers. We design and manufacture them according to your individual requirements.
We ensure that the containers can be operated efficiently in your plant environment, are easy to maintain, and can be monitored and controlled using modern systems. This makes our offering a powerful catalyst for your pharmaceutical production – wherever we implement it, it runs significantly more reliably, efficiently, and with consistently high precision, all with minimal effort.
In addition to pharmaceutical containers, we also manufacture calibrated volumetric measuring devices for verifying the dispensing quantity of mineral oils, foodstuffs and liquefied gas.
Our manufacturing and certifications
The manufacturing of our products is always state-of-the-art, starting with the development: We plan and design your systems 3-dimensionally on CAD systems.
Manufacturing takes place at the same location using state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring that your requirements and modifications are seamlessly implemented. Quality management guarantees that all requirements are met before delivery – regardless of whether your container is used in sterile or non-sterile environments, in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX), or under atmospheric conditions, as a pressure vessel, a pressureless vessel, or under vacuum.
We deliver the containers to your production site and support you during commissioning.
